Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
How to request a return
- Send an email to: smartnest.italia24@gmail.com
- with the subject "Return Request – Order #[order number]".
- Indicate the reason for the return (optional but helpful).
- We will send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories and documentation.
Refund
Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Excluded products
Personalized products or sealed products opened after delivery for hygienic reasons are not refundable.
Defective or damaged products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at: smartnest.italia24@gmail.com and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
